Haven Mental Health was founded by two experienced nurse practitioners who believe mental health treatment should be personal, attentive, and grounded in strong clinical knowledge. We each bring more than 25 years of nursing and healthcare experience to the individuals and families we serve. We provide both in-person and telehealth appointments for patients ages 10 through adulthood.
Our practice supports those navigating depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, trauma-related concerns, and other mental health challenges. We approach care as a partnership. Treatment plans are thoughtfully developed using evidence-based practices and tailored to each individual's goals, symptoms, and life circumstances.
